When she waltzed past me, the air danced with her, in waves did I feel echoes of resplendence wash upon me.
The movement across the night sky entranced, stole me with it. The moon was her plaything, a jewel on a crown I didn’t need to see to believe.
I went along with her, in steps I didn’t realize I knew, twirling around a fire that existed before me and within. Was it sand ‘neath my feet, water? I cared not.
Worry for seeming a fool dissipated as surely as the embers from the fire. I would move in unison with her, spinning, crashing together. In the midst of an endless cosmic dance, how wonderful to have a partner who knows the moves.
